I am flattered that you are interested in acquiring a custom piece of artwork from me!
In order to ensure my protection as an artist, I ask that you agree to these rules. By sending me an email to ask for a custom piece, you agree to everything I have laid out here. If for any reason you disregard my terms of service, legal action will be taken as this is a legally binding contract.
1. My art is not allowed under any condition whatsoever to be used to train AI image generating models.
2. Uploading my art to a blockchain as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is not allowed under any circumstance.
3. I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason I deem necessary. Refunds will be given out on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be given in the event of a violation of my terms of service.
4. I reserve the right to change the terms of service at any time. Changes will apply retoactively to a reasonable extent.
5. A down payment of 50% is required to be paid before work is to begin. A sketch will then be shown and the client can make any requests for changes. After revisions have been made and the final sketch approved, the remaining 50% will be required to be paid before further work is done.
6. Payment will be accepted via PayPal only and using USD. If for some reason the client cannot use PayPal for reasons beyond their control, then an alternative option can be discussed.
7. I reserve the right to upload the finished commission to my website and social media. If the commission is to be kept secret until a certain time, I will hold off from sharing the image until that time comes.
